When working in politics during America's previous political era, Frank was a moderate and centrist Republican. These days, he's eager to build new political coalitions around fresh ideas designed to solve the brand new problems of this post-industrial age. We've moved past our old twentieth-century party ideologies and coalitions as the world has rapidly changed, so it's time for new coalitions and ideas to shore up our republic and bring about the national reform we desperately need.

He was National Political Director for Issues on Rudy Giuliani's presidential campaign, and he worked to coordinate election day operations on John McCain's presidential campaign.

He is the author of The Next Realignment, a deeply researched examination of the cycle of political realignments across the history of America's five political party systems offering a fresh theory of how realignments operate and demonstrating why our two major political coalitions are in the midst of breaking down again.
